Over 400 people showed up to enjoy the live Salsa music from Rumbache and free dance classes from Isaac Kos- Read. It was such a success we might put on another Salsa by the Lake this summer... stay tuned. There will be DJ's, dancing, food, beer, 1/2 off all boat rentals, and free gondola & pontoon rides all day. This is our biggest event of the year, don't miss it.

Hood Games x Oaklandish screen-printed posters will also be available, with proceeds supporting "Town Park" at DeFremery Park. Saturday, June 6, 11-4 OAKLAND GREEN SCENE FESTIVAL Middle Harbor Shoreline ParkOaklandish will not only be selling our apparel at this festival, but we will also be demonstrating hands-on, live screen-printing and letting folks print their own shirts!

There'll be live music and free popcorn at every show, with events getting started at 8 PM every Thursday from June 11-July 16. Movies will start when it gets dark, no sooner than 8:30 PM.

Always keepin' it fresh with new apparel...Oaklandish will continue to have our limited edition, online only t- shirt featuring Oakland A's legend Rollie Fingers until the end of June. The next t-shirt of the month will drop in July, and feature our very own Ronnie D (Oakland Mayor Ron Dellums).
We just came out with our new Oakland aerial map tote bags that feature different parts of Oakland on both sides. They have velcro to close them up and are now available in two colors. Check out these fresh new bags at the markets, street fairs, and online:
