This Friday, Weapons Of Mass Expression present Genetic Memories of Graffiti, an exhibition of large new works on canvas by students from Oasis High School and East Oakland Community High School. The opening celebration will feature performances by Nac One and DJ Gigs, T'chiya Amet, Rap 4 Rights, Prentice (Youth Speaks/ Mouth Off), Mischief Mic, Reason, BUMP Mack (McClymonds High School), Cam, LetLove aka Evan, and a special excerpt of the play "I Want Yo' Man" by students from the Avenues Project of East Oakland Community High School.
